Everything Omni Media sells is a digital service. Nothing is physically shipped, and no delivery charge is ever added to your order.
Files — thumbnails, edits, copy documents, reports, calendars — are delivered to a shared folder and linked from an email to the address on your order. Setup and management work is carried out directly in your accounts once access is granted.

These are working estimates measured from the point we have everything we need — the brief, the footage, and any account access. If something is going to run long we tell you before the deadline, not after it.
Work can't start until those are in place. If we're waiting on you for more than 30 days we'll get in touch before doing anything else with the order.
Every package includes at least one revision round, and creative packages state their exact count. Revision requests should come back within 14 days of delivery so the work is still fresh for whoever produced it.
