This policy explains what Omni Media, a trading name of Omni Media LLC, does with personal information collected through omnimediadigital.com.
We do not store your full card number. Card details are entered on a secured payment step and handled by our payment processor; we receive only a confirmation and the last four digits.
To deliver the services you bought, to communicate about your order, to meet accounting and tax obligations, and to prevent fraud. We do not sell personal information, and we do not send marketing email to people who haven't asked for it.
Only the service providers needed to run the business — our payment processor, our email provider and our file-storage provider — and only to the extent they need it. Where you ask us to manage advertising accounts, relevant details are shared with that platform under your own account.
Order records are kept for seven years to satisfy tax and accounting requirements. Brief content and working files are kept for 12 months after delivery unless you ask us to remove them sooner.
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we're not required to keep it. Email info@omnimediadigital.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
We use a small number of cookies: one to remember your cart between pages, and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can clear or block them in your browser; the cart will stop persisting if you do.
